We do not collect data about your use of the website, and without your permission we do not use the details you give us for anything other than replying to your enquiry and providing the service you request. Your data is not used for marketing, sold or passed on.

Why we process your data

We process the details you give us through the contact form, by email or by phone to reply to your enquiry, to arrange an initial assessment, training or pilot site, and to manage a possible customer relationship.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries we receive, and taking steps prior to entering into a contract when you request, for example, an assessment or a quotation.

What data we process

• Name, company or housing company, email address and phone number
• The topic and content of your message and the call times you suggest
• Site information you provide separately for an assessment, such as consumption data

We receive the data from you.

Who receives the data

The form opens a message in your own email app, and the message is sent to Joni@Energen-Nordic.com, an email service maintained by Energen Nordic Oy. The form does not store any data on the website. Your data may also be processed on Norgrid's behalf by providers of email and IT services. We do not sell your data or disclose it for marketing.

How long we keep the data

Enquiries are kept for no more than 12 months if they do not lead to a customer relationship. Data related to a customer relationship is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for as long as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format, to the extent permitted by law. Requests can be sent to the contact person above.

You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland if you believe your data is processed unlawfully.

Providing data

Providing your data is voluntary. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use cookies. Visitor numbers may be followed with cookie-free analytics that does not store personal data or identify individual visitors. The website's fonts are loaded from the site's own server, and no data is transferred to third parties for them.
